The Delmont Day Program provide a special form of therapy in which a small number of people meet together under the guidance of a professional trained therapist to help themselves and one another.
Delmont Day Program Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am -12:30pm
Evening Group: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
A referral from a Delmont Private psychiatrist and an entry assessment by Day Program intake clinician are required for participation throughout the program.
On Arrival and Departure:
- Sign in and out at Day Program Reception. Bring all signed health funds claim forms with you.
- Be aware of group start time. No late entry is allowed into designated group.
- Please inform staff if you need to leave early.
- Medical clearance forms are required for ALL physical activity based groups.
Additional Information
Regular appointments with your Delmont Psychiatrist are essential for continued attendance as part of health fund regulations.
