Dr Lal Fernando is a sessional Consultant Psychiatrist, specialising in general adult psychiatry. Currently, he is involved in outpatient and inpatient consultations at Delmont Private Hospital.

Dr Fernando attained his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Ceylon in Sri Lanka. Today, his extensive psychiatric experience extends over 40 years.
